Corali Villas is a complex of four private villas located in the seaside village of Kamisiana in Chania, just 450 metres from the sea.

The complex consists of four autonomous villas (Corali Villas I, II, III & IV), each featuring bright interiors, private outdoor areas, and its own swimming pool. When rented together, the villas can comfortably host up to 18 guests, with a maximum capacity of 22 guests upon request, making Corali Villas an excellent choice for group holidays in western Crete.

Inside, each villa features an open-plan ground floor layout with a comfortable living area, Smart TV, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for relaxed everyday living. Large openings allow natural light to fill the interiors and provide direct access to the pool areas, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Corali Villas I and IV each offer two bedrooms, while Corali Villas II and III feature three bedrooms including an attic sleeping area, providing flexible accommodation options for different group needs. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and include en-suite bathrooms, while balconies offer pleasant sea or mountain views depending on the villa.

Outdoors, every villa features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and shaded outdoor dining areas with charcoal BBQ facilities, perfect for relaxing days by the pool and shared meals under the Cretan sky. The layout of the complex allows guests to enjoy both privacy and togetherness, making it ideal for group holidays.

The villas are also pet-friendly, and pets are welcome upon request (additional charges may apply).

Location
Located in the peaceful seaside village of Kamisiana, near Kolymbari in western Crete, the area offers the perfect balance between relaxation and easy access to some of the most beautiful destinations in the region of Chania.

Kamisiana is a quiet coastal area known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal location for visitors who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday close to the sea while still being within easy driving distance of Chania Town and some of the island’s most famous beaches. The nearby Rapaniana Beach, located only 450 meters away, offers clear waters and a long shoreline, perfect for swimming and relaxing seaside walks.

Thanks to its convenient location, guests also have easy access to some of the most famous beaches in western Crete, including Balos Lagoon, Falassarna Beach, and Elafonissi Beach, all of which are among the island’s most iconic natural attractions.

For guests who wish to explore the region, the picturesque Chania Old Town, with its famous Venetian harbor, historic architecture, restaurants, and shops, is located about 25 km away. The town of Kissamos, located 18 km away, offers a wide range of facilities including banks, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and also serves as the departure point for boat trips to the world-famous Balos Lagoon.

Within a short distance from the property guests will find all essential amenities such as taverns, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and gas stations, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is easily accessible from both of Crete’s main airports. Chania International Airport is approximately 40 km away, while Heraklion International Airport is about 160 km away.
